Where your money goes

Charities, community groups and good causes in Brighton will be able to submit a funding application In the Spring/Summer of 2021. Application forms and guidance will be made available to download here soon.

At least 30p for every £1 entry goes directly to local Brighton charities and community groups. The rest goes towards running the lottery and the prize fund:

Brighton Peace & Environment Centre - An Education Centre focusing on peace and environmental issues working with community groups, schools, local businesses & other organisations raising awareness and understanding of social justice, peace, sustainable development and environmental protection - www.bpec.org

AudioActive - A groundbreaking music organisation that uses creativity as a tool for social change. AudioActive is a key part of the city's music scene and all of their projects are completely free for young people to join.- www.audioactive.org.uk

Oasis Project - helping women, children and families affected by drugs & alcohol -www.oasisproject.org.uk

Allsorts Youth Project - Listens to, supports & connects children & young people under 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or unsure (LGBTU) of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity - www.allsortsyouth.org.uk

Spiral Sussex – Providing specialist services for adults with learning disabilities offering a variety of recreational and social activities including supported holidays - www.spiralsussex.com

Refugee Radio - supports refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants through community projects targeting mental health, isolation and social exclusion in Brighton & Hove – www.refugeeradio.org.uk

Amaze - information, advice and support to families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in Brighton & Hove and Sussex – www.amazesussex.org.uk

Brighton Housing Trust - a housing association and a homeless charity. We provide essential services across Brighton & Hove - www.bht.org.uk

Sussex Beacon - specialising in care and support for people living with HIV in East and West Sussex, based in Brighton - www.sussexbeacon.org.uk
